【摘要】 目的 了解贝类多糖对HepG2.2.15细胞JAK-STAT信号转导途径分子表达的影响。 方法用RT-PCR的方法检测经贝类多糖处理的HepG2.2.15细胞在不同时间段的STAT1和STAT2 mRNA表达的水平。 结果 RT-PCR结果显示经贝类多糖处理后HepG2.2.15细胞STAT1和STAT2 mRNA表达水平明显升高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明HepG2.2.15细胞对贝类多糖有应答。 结论 贝类多糖对HBV有一定的抑制作用,其作用机制可能与INF-α类似Effects of shellfish polysaccharide on the molecular expression of JAK-STAT transduction pathways inHepG2.2.15 cells Zhan Xiaodong, Wang Kexia. Methods After treatment with shellfish poly saccharides, the expression levels of STAT1 and STAT2 mRNA in HepG2.2.15 cells in different phase weredetected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results RT-PCR results showedthat the expression levels of the STAT1and STAT2 mRNAs in HepG2.2.15 cells treated with shellfish polysac charides were significantly up-regulated as compared with the control group (P<0.05), which suggested theHepG2.2.15 could respond to the shellfish polysaccharides. Conclusion The shellfish polysaccharide has cer tain inhibitory effect on hepatitis B virus(HBV), and its mechanism looks similar to the INF-α. 更多还原
