【摘要】 目的 分析 2009~2014年邢台市 A 型 H3N2 流感病毒流行情况,为科学预防和控制流感提供依据。方法 采集 2009 年6 月~2014 年 5 月流感样病例(ILI)的咽拭子标本,采用实时荧光定量 PCR 方法检测 A 型 H3N2 流感病毒核酸,以每年 6 月至次年 5 月为监测周期进行统计分析。结果 五个监测周期采集 ILI 咽拭子标本分别为 1 391、514、643、628和 1 185份,阳性率分别为 6.25%(86/1391)、7.60%(40/514)、0.31%(2/643)、7.32%(46/628)和 1.19%(14/1185),不同监测周期阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=93.728 P<0.01)。高峰期主要出现在 1、3 和 9 月,每年 4~8 月未检测到阳性病例。不同年龄组病毒阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=44.595 ,P<0.01),5~岁年龄组阳性率(7.94%)最高。结论 2009~2014 年邢台市 A 型 H3N2流感每年均有流行,流行期为当年的 9 月至次年的 3 月,高峰期出现在当年的 9 月至次年的 1 月。因此为更好防控流感,及时掌握流行趋势,仍需加强监测。Objective To understand the epidemiological tendency of influenza A(H3N2) in Xingtai City from2009 to 2014 for scientific evidence to prevent and control its spreading. Methods Throat swab specimens werecollected between June 2009 and May 2014 from patients presenting with influenza-like illness (ILI), and subjectedto detection of the nucleic acid content of influenza A H3N2 viruses by real-time quantitative fluorescence PCR.The surveillance data obtained from June to the following May were statistically analyzed. Results Throat swabspecimens obtained in 1 391, 514, 643, 628 and 1 185 cases in respective five surveillance cycles were tested, andthe positive rates were 6.25%(86/1391), 7.60%(40/514), 0.31%(2/643), 7.32%(46/628) and 1.19%(14/1185),respectively. The positive rate was fluctuated significantly in different cycles(χ2=93.728 P<0.01), and wasdominated by January, March and September, yet the epidemic was free between April and August within a year.The specimens positive for influenza A(H3N2) virus were statistically different in different age group(χ2=44.595,P<0.01), and highest in the group of five years(7.94%). Conclusion Influenza A(H3N2) was prevalent in yearlymanner in Xintai City from 2009 to 2014, and its epidemic extended from September to following March andpeaked between September and following January. However, surveillance needs strengthening in order to timelyunderstand the epidemiological trend for scientific control of this communicable disease.
