《电子技术与软件工程》杂志是由中国科学技术协会主管，中国电子学会主办的国内外公开发行的国家级期刊。国内刊号：CN10-1108/TP；国际刊号:ISSN 2095-5650。
《电子技术与软件工程》作为一份综合性的科技类学术刊物[2]，旨在全方位推广信息时代下电气、电力、电工科学意识；关注电子各专业技术以及最新科研成果和进展；介绍软件工程、科技、信息技术在社会各领域的应用，关注科技传播与公民科学文化素质的提升。本刊提倡社会各界在学术研究过程中要注重实用知识，摒弃虚浮，使之更符合时代潮流，同时，本刊也希望成为社会各界有识之士进行学术交流平台，共同发展，推动中国电子技术与软件信息事业发展。
