《人力资源管理》(月刊)创刊于2006年,是由内蒙古日报社主办的刊物。本刊主要介绍、探讨和研究人力资源管理理论与时间问题,推进人力资源管理的理论建设和实际应用水平,为我国人事制度改革和人力资源能力建设服务。刊登成功企业管理者的经历经验,优秀资源工作者的实践心得,权威资源研究者的前沿理论,发达国家人力资源的先进理念与创新成果。
"Human resources management" (monthly) was founded in 2006, is sponsored by the Inner Mongolia daily news publications. It mainly introduces, discusses andstudies the theory of human resource management and the problem of time, the theory construction to promote human resources management and practical application level, for the construction of the reform of the personnel system and human resources capacity of our service. Published successful managersexperience, excellent resources workers experience, advanced theory ofauthority resources, advanced idea and innovation of human resources in developed countries.
《人力资源管理》本刊坚持为社会主义服务的方向,坚持以马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平理论为指导,贯彻“百花齐放、百家争鸣”和“古为今用、洋为中用”的方针,坚持实事求是、理论与实际相结合的严谨学风,传播先进的科学文化知识,弘扬民族优秀科学文化,促进国际科学文化交流,探索防灾科技教育、教学及管理诸方面的规律,活跃教学与科研的学术风气,为教学与科研服务。
"Human resources management" we adhere to the socialist direction of the service, adhere to the Marx Lenin doctrine, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping theory as guidance, carry out "All flowers bloom together., contention of a hundred schools of thought" and "make the past serve the present, make foreign things serve China" principle, adhere to the combination of theory and practice, seek truth from facts, rigorous scholarship, the dissemination of advanced knowledge of science and culture, carrying forward the nationalscience and culture, promote international scientific and cultural exchanges,explore the disaster prevention technology in education, teaching and management aspects of the law of teaching and scientific research, activeacademic atmosphere, serve the teaching and scientific research.
